The straps to one of the shoes seems to melted/glued to the shoe and can’t be removed. I’m not even going to try for fear of ripping the material on the shoe. Also, doesn’t seem you can wear these for walking for more than 15 minutes at a time; staring to get that blister like soreness at the back of my ankle. Quite sad but I had these other short Mary Jane heels from a few years back, and these starkly resemble the quality I remember years ago. I’m not going to return because it’s simply too inconvenient for me in my life right now to do so. (This is pair 2 of 2).
