I really like the look of the boots. I have been looking for round toe and not too narrow. Very happy with purchase!

United StatesI like the style of this boot, but the description should have indicated that the boot was suede. No one should receive suede footwear because the product description just stated leather.

Comply boots!
Very comfortable as all the earth origin shoes I have worn. Would like a bit more arch in the boots. I always loved how well made all the shoes and boots are that I have purchased. Well worth buying.

Customer Service
I had to exchange my boots because the wrong size was sent. When I called in to straighten out the error my customer service agent was extremely helpful and eager to help me. She said the company would take care of the problem and indeed honor the sale price I had received. She even gave me the address of the nearest UPS to return it to. I was given a code to present to UPS. The whole process was handled so pleasantly and with great efficiency. I was amazed and delighted that a company existed that really cared about pleasing the customer. Thank-you to the sweet lady who helped me. I haven’t worn the booties yet because the new size hasn’t arrived ,but I’m sure I will love them. Thanks for the best customer service on this EARTH!!! Sincerely, Kathleen Christensen
